Looking for wedding dresses at Ivory White was an absolute pleasure. Ive been to several different shops and had some bad experiences but Melissa at Ivory White really stood out for her attention to detail and customer service. My appointment with her was not rushed, she listened to my requirements and helped me to pick out suitable dresses, and she was not pushy at all. She had a great selection of dresses and she knew her stock really well. (You would be surprised at how many shops have little to no idea about whats actually on their rails!) Melissa was friendly, very patient and understanding. She didnt rush me at all and you got the feeling that she really cared about both the customer and her business. Despite not finding The One at Ivory White I was so impressed with Melissas friendly, courteous and professional customer service that I wanted to leave a positive review. I would recommend this shop to any bride to be based on the excellent customer service I received during my appointment.
Ivory White has to be one of the most welcoming and professional bridal shops there is. The atmosphere is so calm and elegant making the whole dress shopping experience one to remember. Melissa is an absolute star when it came to trying on and helping pick out the perfect accessories to compliment your dress. There are plenty of dresses in different colours, shapes and sizes to suit any bride. Even down to the day before my wedding Melissa was fully involved helping resolve issues that were nothing to do with her. My experience was that Ivory White is a truly professional business, that makes sure your entire experience is tailored to suit you. I could not recommend it highly enough.
